So, after careful consideration, we’ve decided to retire Ruby and embrace a more human-centric approach.
To replace ruby, the AI chatbot, we are have since introduced real life chat on the website, where you can chat to real people and talk to real humans. You can book a shift, enquire about your pay, or a job. We should respond promptly, but if not, you will get a response on email as soon as we do. To start, simply click on e the chat icon on the bottom right hand corner.
However you choose to contact us, you will find that we are truly a human based service, you can talk to us as real humans, call us and we will pick up the phone, email or chat to us and a real person will reply. None of that lifeless automation the world is coming to…. because we understand your pharmacy is real, your staff and patients are real, and you want real people to talk to.
