Ever submitted a time sheet only to notice an error in the email confirmation? Perhaps you forgot to add a meal break or add a comment regarding an agreed increase in the hourly rate?
Now you can. A new function has been added since the beginning of 2022 where you can now edit the time sheet after it has been submitted. Here are the steps:
Step 1:
Look for the confirmation email in your inbox and check the details after you have submitted your time sheet. If something needs to be changed, go to step 2.
Step 2:
Click on the “Edite Response” button at the buttom of the email.
Step 3:
Go through the time sheet and amend as necessary.
Please note – editing a response to a time sheet is currently set to a maximum of up to 12 hours after submission. If you need to amend it after this time elapses, please send us an email on timesheets@pharmacysos.com.au.
