At Pharmacy SOS, we love rewarding our hardworking locums through the Pharmacy SOS Loyalty Program. Every shift you complete gets you closer to exciting rewards like gift cards and other perks. But to make sure your loyalty points are counted, there’s one very important rule:
👉 You must submit your time sheets within 7 days of completing a shift.
Why 7 Days?
Submitting your time sheet on time ensures your payroll is processed smoothly and your points are automatically credited. Delayed submissions make it difficult to sync payroll with the loyalty program, which means older shifts (more than 7 days) cannot be registered for points.
What Happens When You Submit on Time?
If you submit within 7 days, you’ll receive a cheerful email like this:
“Well Done! Your Hard Work Just Earned You Points 🏆
You’re now closer to unlocking your next reward. Keep up the amazing work—you’re doing fantastic!”
What If You Miss the Deadline?
If your time sheet comes in after 7 days, you’ll still get paid, but you’ll also receive a note that says:
“Thanks for submitting your time sheet… however, because it was submitted more than 7 days after the shift date, you won’t receive loyalty points for this shift.”
We know things can get busy, but submitting within 7 days means you’ll never miss out on the rewards you’ve earned.
Pro Tip:
Set a quick reminder on your phone to submit your time sheet right after your shift, so it’s done and dusted!
